Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Map Out, owned by Kristian Hrenar, located at Marktoberdorfer Straße 31 A, 86956 Schongau, Germany.
2. Services Offered
Map Out specializes in online marketing, web design, print design, and social media services. Specific services and deliverables will be detailed in individual contracts.
3. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when the client accepts a written offer from Map Out, either by signing the offer or confirming via email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are net amounts and subject to applicable VAT.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, Map Out reserves the right to charge statutory interest rates.
5. Delivery and Performance Times
Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events extend the delivery period accordingly.
6. Client’s Duties
The client must provide all necessary information and materials required for the execution of the services in a timely manner.
7. Acceptance of Services
Upon completion, Map Out will notify the client. The client must accept the services within 7 days unless defects are reported. If no feedback is received, the services are deemed accepted.
8. Liability
Map Out is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the work created remain with Map Out until full payment is received. After payment, the client receives the agreed-upon rights of use.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information and documents exchanged during the collaboration.
11. Data Protection
Map Out processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Schongau, Germany.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
